They are 19 (10 ladies and 9 gentlemen) in number and 90% of the tiers have a tying experience of over 25 years in a wide range of fly patterns. To be precise, they are amongst the first trained tiers in the Kenyan market and carry the best of best tying experience. They have worked with us for all these years and enjoy their work since they earn a good living which enables them cater for their families fully and comfortably.
